There are many ways to make money in real estate.  Here I will share 3 strategies that are making money for many investors.  Returns from 15% are not uncommon.  However, in some cases returns of 50% have been achieved too.

The 3 strategies that I would like to share with you are:-

1.  Tax Lien Certificates.  To the non-US reader this will be completely unknown information.  Tax Lien Certificates are a safe, secured, guaranteed investing strategy that enables the investor to achieve returns of anything from 8% to 50%. This is the method that some states (local government) uses to recuperate unpaid property taxes (council taxes).   They place liens (legal charges) against the property and then sell the tax lien certificates to investors for the face value.  The investors interest is secured against the real estate and their reward is the penalty interest attached to the certificate.  read more

2. Tax Deed Properties. Counties in 23 states sell foreclosed properties at tax deed auctions. At these auctions, it is possible to buy real estate for only the property taxes owed. Properties worth hundreds of thousands of dollars can sometimes be purchased at these sales for one or two thousand dollars, 75% to 90% below market value, which means you can literally pick up property for pennies on the dollar.  read more

3. Property Partner Program. We set this program up to enable people who had very little funds to benefit from the current opportunities in the States.  Briefly the way this works is that you become a shareholder in one of our US companies.  That company then purchases foreclosed (repossessed) property, which basically means that your money is attached to a property and is therefore secure.  We then rehab the property and resell it.  At the end of each transaction you are contacted asking what you wish done with your profit.  read more
